Comprehensive Telemarketing FAQS

Whether you’re comparing providers or simply exploring if telemarketing is right for your business, you’re likely to have a few telemarketing questions. That’s why we’ve created our dedicated telemarketing FAQs, covering the topics we’re asked about most often, from how we work to the results you can expect.

What defines a qualified lead?

We agree on your definition during implementation - so we’re always aligned. Qualified means a clear yes or no from a decision-maker, with all the information you need to take the next step.

How many times will you contact each prospect?

We persist respectfully, aiming for 3+ attempts, or as many as needed to reach a decision-maker. This avoids missed opportunities without overwhelming contacts.

Do you follow up with no-shows or ghosted leads?

Absolutely. Whether rescheduling meetings or chasing quote responses, we follow up to understand any change in intent and maintain momentum.

What happens if a campaign team member is unavailable?

Each campaign is fully briefed, with up to three trained agents assigned to ensure continuity. This means there’s no disruption if someone’s off sick or on holiday - your campaign keeps moving without a hitch.

Can I adjust the campaign mid-way?

Yes — minor changes are included at no extra cost. Major changes, such as launching a new offering, trigger a fresh implementation phase and an additional implementation fee of £695 + VAT.

Who owns the prospect data and follow-up emails?

Your data stays yours. If follow-up emails are needed, we’ll use your domain-based email address to maintain consistency and trust.

How transparent is your performance reporting?

We believe in full transparency. You get live call access (1 hour per week for the first 2 weeks of the campaign), daily activity snapshots, and weekly review meetings so you always know how the campaign is performing.

Why choose hourly pricing instead of pay-per-lead?

Telemarketing delivers through quality conversations, not quantity. Hourly pricing lets us spend the necessary time to reach decision-makers, build rapport, and gather insights.

Can I run a small pilot campaign first?

Yes—the Good package (60 hours total) is popular as a low-risk trial. It gives enough volume to test results while evaluating fit and ROI.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. You pay for hours worked, plus one-off implementation (£695 + VAT) and optional data sourcing. No commissions, no unexpected charges.

How do you ensure compliance?

We comply with UK regulations and the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), and follow GDPR guidelines. Our call lists are screened accordingly - your compliance is our priority.
