How much does it cost?
Every telemarketing company will have its own pricing structure.
Some charge a cost per lead, or even a cost per call. At Trifle Solutions we believe that in order to get results, you have to put in the time. So we charge an hourly rate.
We have packages to suit different budgets, business sizes and goals. Because we’re all about providing value, we only charge for the service that’s going to work for you.
What are your packages?
We have Good, costing £47.50 per hour + VAT, for a minimum of 50 hours per month. On this package, there’ll be 1 person dedicating their time to making calls for your business.
Then there’s our Better package. This one is £44.50 per hour + VAT, for a minimum 100 hours per month, with 1.5 people making the calls.
And finally, what we like to call our Best package which costs £42.50 per hour + VAT, for a minimum 150 hours per month. On our Best package, 2 people will dedicate their time to making calls for your business.
And with every one of our packages, there’s no fixed term commitment. You can cancel any time for any reason.
But we don’t think you will, and here’s why…
How does an hourly rate service work?
We’ll essentially drop a telemarketing team into your business. So you get all the benefits without the headaches of recruitment costs, staff management, or long term commitment.
With our pricing structure you decide how many hours you need. If you’re not sure about this, talk to us and we’ll help you to work it out.
You’ll get the same dedicated staff working on your business, making calls to prospects and generating leads.
Your assigned telemarketers will get to know your business inside out before getting to work building relationships with your prospects.
Because we believe that’s how an outsourced telemarketing service should work.

By providing ongoing training and development, and paying above the market average, you can rest assured that the telemarketers making calls for your business are committed, motivated, and above all, they know what they’re doing.
What do I get for my investment?
We’ll start off by getting to know your company. We’ll get to know your goals, your unique value proposition, your customer base and any barriers to buying.
Once we’ve dotted all the I’s and crossed the T’s, we’ll go live on a mutually agreed date.
After that you’ll consistently get 2 mid-week reports plus an end-of-week report, so that you can track progress.
You’ll also get daily snapshots of the activity on your campaign, with an overview of the day’s leads, strong conversations and opportunities to qualify.
We’ll hold a weekly meeting with you each week to discuss the results and catch any issues as they arise so we can fix them right away.
And you don’t have to wait for your closed leads. We’ll get these to you immediately. Along with word-for-word lead summaries so that you know exactly what your prospects are saying.
We also provide a fortnightly Lunch and Learn session with the lead telemarketer on your campaign so that you can let them know about any upcoming changes in your business or industry. This means we can apply up to the minute information to your campaign.
What return on investment can I expect?
All this sounds great but the proof is in the pudding as they say, and we’d love to show off some of the results we’ve achieved for our clients.
Just as an example, in 2024 one of our clients spent £5,687 with us in telemarketing hours. We gave them a return of 33 quote requests starting at the value of £24,090. Almost 5 times their initial investment.

What else?
We’ll make up to 25 dials per hour with consistent follow up over time. And we’ll call prospects a minimum of 3 times to get a qualified conclusion for each record. So you can be sure that the conclusions you receive have come from a decision maker.
We also know that people go on holiday and sometimes they get sick. So, no matter which package you choose, we’ll train up to 3 telemarketers on your campaign to make sure that you always have someone on your campaign who understands your business.
Is there a set-up cost?
Yes.
Our implementation process takes 7-10 working days.
This is where we get under the skin of your business. We’ll consult with you on the scripts we’ll be using, we’ll go through your data, email setup, and diary management. It’s important to us to fully understand what you’re trying to achieve.
We’ll also make sure we understand what a qualified opportunity looks like to you, so that we can make sure we deliver.
As you can imagine, this is quite time intensive, so there is a one-off implementation cost of £495 + VAT.
What about data?
Some of our clients prefer to provide their own data which we will work with to develop leads.
We can also source this for you at a cost of £300 + VAT per 1,000 B2B records, and £550 + VAT for minimum 5,500 B2C records.
Do you charge on top of your hourly rate for leads?
Absolutely not. You pay the agreed hourly rate and you get your results.
Simple.
Do you offer a pay per lead/commission only option?
No, we don’t.
However, as a trial option, most people opt for the ‘Good’ 50 hour package. This gives you sufficient data to analyse if this would work for you or not.
Can I get it cheaper?
Yes. But not with us.
